We are a family-run business built from personal experience searching for land for our own multi-generational family. Our approach is focused on clear communication, thoughtful evaluation, and helping good land find the right people — whether you are selling property or searching for a place to build and grow.
If we buy your land, once we agree on a purchase price, all fees associated with the purchase will be covered by Trillium.
For land-finding services, we charge a percentage of the final purchase price for locating and securing a suitable property. Typically between 3%-5%, disclosed before moving forward. If we don't find your perfect property, you don't pay!

A purchase agreement is simply our agreement that you want to sell your property to us. The purchase agreements spells out the terms and lists the final purchase price (the amount you will receive at closing).
Every deal we do goes through a title company. The title company handles the final disposition of the funds. The two ways the funds are typically dispersed are:
1. Bank/Wire Transfer
2. Check/Cashiers Check
