Trillium Land and Farm is a family-run business founded by husband and wife team Alan and Clarissa.

We started Trillium after searching for our own piece of land to build on — a place where our kids could grow, with room for multi-generational living. Through that process, we learned how difficult it can be to find good land. God blessed us with the perfect place to put down roots, and now we want to be that blessing for others.

Today, we focus on land that supports real lives — space for families, farms, and homesteads to take root. We work with landowners and families, with clear communication and no pressure.

We believe land should be used well and matched carefully.
